UK Customers
We use a combination of professional printing and hand printing (for sublimation items) but either way, we endeavour to get your item to you as quickly as possible. Once we receive your order, we package your items safely and post them out to you using Royal Mail (or a courier for our wool paintings or larger orders). We will keep you updated during this time.
Personalised items can take longer due to the time it takes for the personalisation process - see further detail about this on the specific item’s information section.
International Shipping
If you live over seas from the UK and would like to order items from us, get in touch and we can see what we can do, plus look into exact delivery/customs fees etc for you.
Returns
Return Cost
In the unlikely event that you receive a personalised print where we have accidentally written the incorrect date of birth or name, please let us know and we will reprint it for you free of charge! If the mistake however was made when you placed your order, we will need to apply further charges to cover the costs of reprint/p&p - always speak to us about it and we will do what we can to help!
During busy periods such as Christmas, orders may take longer to ship because of the volume of orders we receive. Please be patient with us, we will send your order as soon as possible!
You may return your order up to 30 days after you receive the items, please email us to organise this. Any items you wish to return must be in the condition you received them, still in their original packaging, with labels etc still attached.
We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for ‘Sale’ products unless these are not received in the condition they were advertised.
We cannot exchange or accept returns for frames, because they can't be resold after they are opened.
